Digital Info Card - Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide and maintain accurate and complete information about yourself when creating your account.
• You agree to use the Services in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms.

• You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Services, such as your profile information, CV, and photos.
• By uploading content, you grant Digital Info Card a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and modify your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

• You are prohibited from uploading or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
• You may not use the Services to spam, solicit, or engage in any other commercial activity without our prior written consent.
• You may not impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Services.

• The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Digital Info Card disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Digital Info Card does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• Digital Info Card shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Digital Info Card may terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

• The Services and all content included therein, including the design, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Digital Info Card or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country/state, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

• The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be held in the city and state where the Digital Info Card office is. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Info Card regarding your use of the Services.

• Digital Info Card may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Services. You are expected to check this page periodically so that you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
